I'm pretty curious so far I have tried aqmagic.com and they kinda bombshelled me with bad java moss, and TERRIBLE narrow leave java ferns.

I haven't ever ordered plants online because you always take a chance with the quality. But what I have seen on other forums are these sites. They have pretty good reviews but I don't know how good they are first hand. (Use at your own risk )

My first recommendation would be to get your plants from someone local. That way you can see in person the quality of the plants.

liveaquaria.com sells plants. we've never bought plants there but we've bought plenty of coral, saltwater and freshwater fish, etc. and they're always in great health and looking good. it's a little pricey though!

Hey, I just got my shipment from Wilma. I got tons and tons and tons of GORGEOUS plants and really healthy snails. My one gripe: I found unexpected snails on some of the plants. If they're not going into a puffer tank, this can be a problem! Her snails are state-certified disease-free, so I think that putting the infested plants straight into my tank was okay, but I still would have preferred to be overly cautious and not put any snails into the tank until the quarantine period was up.
